Black Banner Clothing – Refund & Replacement Policy (30 Days From Date Item Is Received) 

At Black Banner Clothing, our goal is to make your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Because each product is made to order through our print-on-demand system, we do not keep inventory on hand and cannot offer traditional exchanges. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Below is our official Refund & Replacement Policy.

Replacements (Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders) (30 Days From Date Item Is Received) 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or with any quality issue, we will send a free replacement. This includes:

  • Misprints or off-center prints

  • Incorrect size or color received due to printer error

  • Wrong design or wrong product sent

  • Product damaged on arrival

  • Package lost in transit

We only require a clear photo of the issue to process your replacement.

You do not need to send the item back.

Refunds (Issued at Our Discretion)(30 Days From Date Item Is Received) 

In certain situations, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement. Refunds are handled at our sole discretion, based on the details of the situation and product availability.

Refunds may be considered when:

  • The item is defective and cannot be reprinted

  • The product or size is discontinued or unavailable

  • An issue cannot be resolved through replacement

  • The order was canceled before production

  • Delivery issues occur that cannot be corrected

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

No Exchanges

Because we use a print-on-demand production system, all items are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs.
If a production error occurred, we will replace the item.
If a customer selected the wrong size, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Include the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

We respond quickly and will resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for refund consideration unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our production partner.

  • Mystery items, limited-edition releases, and discontinued designs may only qualify for refunds depending on availability.
